Boxing, with a coach in your corner.

Every round is called by a coach: what to hit, how hard, when to rest. Nobody is left to work it out alone. Pick the hour that fits your day: 5 PM for conditioning straight off work, 6 PM to learn the sport properly, or the 6 AM Challenge if you want a start date and a goal. No sparring, no head contact, no experience needed.

You might be thinking

Straight answers, before you decide.

“I wouldn't know what to do.”

You never have to guess. A coach runs every round: what to hit, how hard, when to rest. Nobody is left to work it out alone at a machine.

60% of gym-goers say not knowing what to do is their biggest worry.

“I'm not fit enough to start.”

Everything scales. Your first week is free, and the coach pitches every round to where you are, not where a class assumes you are.

37% of non-exercisers feel too unhealthy to begin. That is who this is built for.

“I've quit gyms before.”

Gym memberships fail because nobody notices when you stop coming. Here it's the same coach and the same crew every session, and they do notice.

Coached small groups keep 84% of sessions vs 69% for self-directed training.

“I don't have time.”

5 PM or 6 PM, 45 to 60 minutes, on the calendar rather than on your willpower. Three a week is plenty; come to more if you want. Can't make either? Tell us the time that works and we'll try to open it.

About half of inactive adults name time first. A fixed slot beats a promise of flexibility.

“Boxing is for fighters.”

No sparring. No head contact. Gloves, pads, bags and footwork. The best hour of cardio you'll do this week, and you learn a skill doing it.

Non-contact boxing: lower stress and higher confidence in 15 of 16 studies reviewed.

“Why not just do a HIIT class?”

Same price as the studios down the road, except you leave knowing how to throw a proper 1-2. A skill you can see improve is the thing that keeps people coming back.

$189 every 4 weeks, the going rate for coached small groups in South Surrey.

“I'd rather start one to one.”

Foundations Private: a month of Guided Boxing plus ten private sessions with your coach, about $61 a session, then into the group when you're ready. Ask at your free week or book a free consult.

Personal training in South Surrey runs $83 to $140 an hour.

Coaching at Box2Fit
Coached, every round

You never have to guess.

The thing that empties gyms is not laziness, it is not knowing what to do and nobody noticing when you stop coming. Here a coach runs the room, pitches each round to where you are, and knows your name by the second visit.

Before your first class.

Which hour should I pick?
