“I wouldn't know what to do.”
You never will have to guess. A coach runs every round of the five weeks: what to hit, how hard, when to rest.
60% of gym-goers say not knowing what to do is their biggest worry.
Guided Boxing is the 6 am hour: boxing, strength and conditioning with a coach running every round, done before the town wakes up. For five weeks it becomes a challenge: set your goals one to one with a coach, train with the same small group, and see how far you get by November 27. No sparring, no head contact, and nobody expects you to be fit on day one.

“I'm not fit enough to start.”
Nobody's first visit is a test. Your personal session sets your starting point, and every 6 am round is pitched to it, not to the fittest person in the room.
37% of non-exercisers feel too unhealthy to begin. That's the person this was designed for.
“I've quit gyms before.”
Gym memberships fail because nobody notices when you stop coming. Five weeks, a goal you set with a coach, and the same 12 people every morning who notice.
Coached small groups keep 84% of sessions vs 69% for self-directed training.
“I don't have time.”
6 am, 50 minutes, done before the day starts. Five mornings a week if you want it, three if that's what fits, and the whole thing is over in five weeks.
Time is the top reason people give for not training. A fixed slot beats a promise of flexibility.
“Boxing is for fighters.”
No sparring. No head contact. Gloves, pads, bags, footwork and conditioning. A fitter, calmer you, and a skill you didn't have before.
Non-contact boxing: lower stress and higher confidence in 15 of 16 studies reviewed.
“Why not just do a HIIT class?”
Because in five weeks you'll be fitter and you'll be able to box. Same price as the studios down the road; this one comes with a coach who knows your goal.
$249 + GST for five weeks, with gloves, wraps and a personal session included.
“6 am is too early for me.”
Then tell us which time would work, at the bottom of this page. If enough people ask for the same slot, the next challenge runs there.
Class times are set by what people ask for.
One to one with your coach before the challenge starts: your goals, your starting numbers, and a first round on the pads at your pace.
Monday to Friday at 6:00 am, 50 minutes, with the same coach and the same 12 people. Come to as many as you can.
Your own pair of gloves and hand wraps are included. Bring water and runners; we have the rest.
In your personal session you and your coach write down what you want from the five weeks and take your starting measures. At the end we measure again. The most improved member wins their next month free.
It isn't a race against the fittest person in the room. It's you against where you started.
Today: $261.45 ($249 + $12.45 GST). That covers all five weeks, your personal session, gloves and wraps.
After the challenge: your membership continues at $198.45 ($189 + GST) every 4 weeks from Monday, November 30, unless you cancel before then.
We'll email and text you a reminder three days before, with a one-click cancel link. Cancel before November 30 and you pay nothing more. After that, the membership is month to month with 30 days' notice.
Yes. That's who it's built for. Your coach sets your starting point in the personal session, and every round can be scaled up or down.
No. There's no sparring and no head contact. You work on pads and bags with a coach.
Come to as many of the 6:00 am sessions as you can; three a week is plenty. If 6:00 am doesn't work at all, tell us which time would, just below.
Your membership carries on at $189 + GST every 4 weeks from November 30 unless you cancel before then. We remind you three days ahead with a one-click cancel link.
