What we collect. Contact details you provide when booking (name, email, phone), attendee profiles for the people who train (for children: first name, birth year, emergency contact, and a guardian-completed health questionnaire), booking and attendance records, and payment status.

Children. We collect the minimum information about children, never collect a child's email or phone, and never direct marketing at children. All communication goes to the parent or guardian.

Payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. Charges appear as BOX2FIT WHITE ROCK.

Processors. Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS), Meta and Google (advertising measurement, hashed identifiers only).

Marketing consent. Email and SMS marketing require your express opt-in (CASL). Every message includes a working unsubscribe, and transactional messages about your bookings are separate from marketing.
